We comply with this right by providing ‘Privacy Notices’ to individuals where we are processing their personal data.

We, Far Fong Thai Spa Ltd are the ‘Data Controller’ for the purposes of Data Protection Law.

– Characteristics, such as ethnic background

OUR LEGAL BASIS FOR USING THIS DATA

How We Store This Data
We keep personal information in lockable filing cabinets. Also we store Personal/Company information on computers, which are password protected. We keep this information for 7 years or until you have opted out and then all information would be deleted and destroyed.
Data Sharing
We do not share information with any third party without consent unless the law allows us to do so.
Where legally required or necessary (and it complies with Data Protection Law) we may share personal information in an emergence or to otherwise protect your vital interests.
